2/3/17 Friday Notes

Reusable Bags & MORE On Sale Now

Now that I have the catalogs it is NOT just Reusable Bags that Mixed Bag Designs are now selling.  Be sure to check out their full catalog.  (If you do not have a garlic peeler, I HIGHLY recommend it.)  Meanwhile, it has been a few years since we sold reusable bags as a fundraiser, and I understand a few of you are looking for the bags they know and love. Search for “Grocery Store” bags on the website or look for them in the catalog. They have a whole bunch of new sizes now (Drug Store, Department Store, etc).  Stop by and see some samples in the school office.
There are TWO ways to buy: There was an order form and catalog in last week’s Friday Folder.  Send the order form and check to school by February 22nd.  OR you can buy online at (Feel free to share this link with out-of-town friends & family)  We appreciate your support!  If you have any questions, please contact Joanna Waggoner at

Monthly General Membership Meeting
Monday, February 6th
6:30 – 7:30 pm
Monday is our next meeting.  The agenda for this month’s meeting includes a LOT of financial discussions, including how to spend the funds awarded by United Power, the STEM wishlist items teachers have requested, and the Lowe’s grant request.  We will also continue the planning for the silent auction.  Participating in these meetings is a great way for you to make a difference in our school by helping us make decisions about what we can and should be doing for our school to make it the best learning environment it can be.  We need your voice, so please join in!  We also need your neighbor’s voice, so bring them along!

2/24Men Make A Difference Day – Plan on joining us for breakfast and a day full of activities that welcome men to participate, improve and enrich our school environment!  Dads, Grandpas, Uncles, Brothers, Neighbors, Friends of the Family are all welcome.
